Agentic QA Services
We connect AI agents to your test suite so new coverage gets written and kept up to date as your product changes, not just once at kickoff.
What the agent actually does
The agent works inside your repo and your review process, not around it.
Test authoring
The agent writes tests from your user flows and existing test patterns, following the conventions already in your suite.
- Matches your existing test structure
- Uses your selector and naming conventions
- Covers new features as they ship
Suite maintenance
When a UI change breaks a selector or a flow shifts, the agent updates the affected tests instead of leaving them red or skipped.
- Fixes broken selectors
- Updates tests after redesigns
- Flags cases that need a human decision
Human review on everything
Every agent-written or agent-modified test goes through a pull request, reviewed the same way as any other change to your codebase.
- Every change is a reviewable PR
- Nothing merges without approval
- Your team keeps final say on what ships
How we set it up
Four steps based on your repo and CI, not a fixed playbook.
Audit your suite
We review your current tests, conventions, and coverage gaps before writing anything.
Configure the agent
We connect the agent to your repo, test framework, and CI checks.
Run it on real changes
The agent picks up real pull requests and feature branches, drafting or updating tests as your team ships.
Review and hand off
We review agent PRs together for the first few weeks, then your team takes over review on its own terms.
Curious if this fits your test suite?
We'll look at your repo and tell you honestly whether an agent would help or just add noise.
Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about agentic QA.
What does "agentic QA" actually mean?
It means an AI agent has write access to your test suite: it drafts new tests, updates broken ones, and opens pull requests for a person to review. It's not a chatbot that suggests test ideas, it makes real changes to real files.
Does the agent merge code on its own?
No. Every change the agent makes goes through a pull request and needs human approval before it merges, the same as any other contribution to your repo.
What if the agent writes a bad test?
You reject it in review, the same way you'd reject a bad test from a teammate. Nothing the agent writes reaches your CI pipeline without a person signing off first.
Which frameworks does this work with?
We've set this up with Cypress and Playwright suites. If you're on a different framework, tell us and we'll assess whether it's a fit.
Is this a replacement for manual or exploratory testing?
No. It handles the repetitive work of writing and maintaining regression coverage so your team can spend more time on exploratory testing and the judgment calls an agent can't make.
