We built a full automated suite: Cypress for web E2E, Postman for API testing, and WebdriverIO with Appium for Android and iOS. It ran across dev, staging, and pre-release environments, wired into CI/CD with a daily regression run of 5,000 tests covering E2E, UI, data-driven, API, exploratory, and functional testing.

Challenge:

A VC-backed startup was building a social network for professional athletes with a team of 30+ people. The product spanned three web portals, for business partners, athletes, and fans, plus native Android and iOS apps for fans.
