About
About AssertQA
Great software rarely loses quality overnight. It erodes gradually — traded away for deadlines, delivery pressure, and competing priorities, one reasonable-sounding decision at a time.
We started AssertQA in 2018 because we believed quality deserved an independent voice — one that helps teams make informed decisions before problems reach production, not after.
We also noticed how most outsourcing models work: they're built to fill roles and maintain contracts, not to deliver value. So we built the opposite. We measure our success by the impact we create, the risks we uncover, and the confidence we bring to every release — not headcount, not hours logged.
And we saw something else: talented QA engineers rarely get the room to explore new tools, experiment with modern approaches, or work with AI. As software engineering evolves, quality engineering has to evolve with it. That's not a side project for us — it's the culture.
AssertQA exists to give quality a stronger voice, deliver measurable impact instead of just providing resources, and bring modern quality engineering to teams who deserve better than a body in a seat. Because quality isn't about finding bugs.
It's about building products teams can ship with confidence.
Our Values
Independent Voice
Quality needs a voice that isn't influenced by salary, interpersonal relationships, advancement opportunities, delivery pressure, or deadlines. We tell it like it is. Comfortable or not.
Impact Over Hours
We measure success by the risks we uncover and the confidence we bring to a release — not by hours logged or seats filled.
Continuous Learning
Quality engineering evolves as fast as software engineering does. Our team experiments with new tools, frameworks, and AI-assisted testing as part of daily practice — not as a side project.
Ownership Mindset
We treat every project like it's our own product on the line — not just a contract to fulfill. Can you put a price on that?
Transparency
All of our work is transparent to you, and it becomes your property.
Craftsmanship
Good QA is a craft, not a checkbox. We care about how tests are written and maintained, not just whether they pass.
